Out of Hours and Urgent Care procedures

During GP hours (8.00am to 6.30pm) we remain available for all patients – please contact the surgery on 01422 822209.

During “out of hours” ie from 6.30pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday and at weekends and Bank Holidays, for non-emergency situations please dial 111. 

Calls to NHS 111 are handled by fully trained call advisers, who are supported by experienced nurses. They will assess your symptoms over the phone and give the healthcare advice you need or direct you to the correct local service. If they think you need an ambulance one will be sent just as quickly as if you had dialed 999.
