If you feel you need a home visit and you are unable to attend the surgery then please contact us ideally before 10.00am for this request. Our Acute Visiting team will offer any necessary visit. The Acute Visiting team are staffed by clinicians such as paramedics, advanced nurse practitioners. Also supporting the team are district nurses, community matrons, social prescribing workers
Brief medical details may be requested by the reception staff and it may follow with a telephone assessment from our Duty Doctor.
Emergency requests can be made at any time.
