Lucy works closely with the GPs managing patient prescription requests and ensuring patient records are updated following any medication changes made by secondary care Consultants and other clinicians involved in the care of our patients.
Lucy’s role involves contacting patients who have queries about their prescriptions and reminding patients to attend for blood test monitoring in the line with the prescribing guidelines for some medication.
